(e) Location data. Approximate geographic location inferred from IP address or other technical signals.

(f) Cookies and similar technologies. Information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, or comparable technologies, to the extent any are used.

(g) Information from third parties and public sources. Information about you that we may receive from your communications, from service providers, or from publicly available sources.

(h) Inferences. Any inferences we may draw from the foregoing.

We reserve the right to collect, in our discretion and consistent with applicable law, any of the foregoing categories of information through any means now known or later developed.

3. How We May Use Information

To the extent we hold information, we may use it for any lawful purpose, including to: operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; receive, review, evaluate, and respond to communications and Submissions (as defined in our Terms of Service); conduct, develop, and pursue our business activities; maintain records; detect, prevent, and address security, fraud, technical, or legal issues; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and comply with applicable law and legal process.

Consistent with our Terms of Service, any materials you send us are treated as non-confidential, and we may use them without obligation to you.

4. How We May Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information: (a) to our members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, advisors, and agents who have a need to know; (b) to service providers who support operation of the Site or our business; (c) as required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; (d) to protect the rights, property, safety, or interests of TrueCode, our affiliates, or others; and (e) in connection with any actual or contemplated reorganization, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, in which case information may be transferred as an asset.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as we deem necessary or appropriate for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, to operate our business, to maintain records, and to comply with applicable law, after which we may retain, anonymize, or dispose of it in our discretion.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures intended to protect information in our possession. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not warrant or guarantee the security of any information. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

The Site may reference or link to third-party properties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third party. This Privacy Statement applies only to the Site.

8. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that any information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction, and you consent to such processing and transfer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you reside, applicable law (including, where and to the extent applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and the Colorado Privacy Act) may give you rights with respect to personal information, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to opt out of certain activity. We honor the rights that applicable law actually requires us to honor, to the extent and in the manner that law requires, and not otherwise.
